There really is a use for math outside of high school!
Many people argue that math has no use after high school, but those people are wrong. There are many careers that require a good deal of math. There are many jobs that use the element of perimeter, some of which include landscaping and carpentry. Pythagorean Theorem is also used in carpentry and construction. Solving equations is also a HUGE part of real world occupations. Management positions, production, farming, engineering, and teaching are all occupations that solve using equations on a regular basis in their daily life. Math is an important part of life and is definitely necessary to learn.
